  • OxygenConcentratorsForLess.com will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% administrative/restocking fee will be subtracted from the original collected amount and a credit for the difference will be issued to the credit card that was charged. Shipping costs are not refundable. If there were no shipping charges for your order (i.e. if you chose/qualified for free shipping) your refund will not include our shipping cost of your order. Please contact us first before shipping the item back to us.

    Please note that any product that has been opened can not be returned. Products which have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned for a credit or an exchange unless they are defective. Any defective product covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced according to that manufacturer's warranty policy. The manufacturer warranty ranges from 1-5 years for the oxygen concentrators, please reference their manuals and/or the manufacturer's website for the actual warranty statements and disclaimers. This does not cover any damage caused by the consumer (for example but limited to: a dropped machine, water damage, etc. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in a warranty exchange .

    Due to FDA regulations, once any product is taken out of its original packaging, it is no longer returnable. If the product is defective, and you have the original packaging, contact us within the warranty period to obtain a return authorization number. We will then exchange the product. No substitutes allowed.

    Due to FDA regulations regarding cross contamination and the resale of medical supplies and devices we cannot accept returns on any equipment where the manufacturer's or supplier's packaging has been opened. If you have the original packaging and the machine is defective then contact us first so we can trouble shoot the issue and if required we will give you a return authorization number (RAN) we will exchange the product but no substitutes are permitted. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise to us is not covered in any warranty situation.

    We will make every effort to make ensure sizes and features of the item(s) are correct prior to purchase by providing you access to live chat and/or a toll free number so communicate with a respiratory therapist (RT) regarding any questions about your order.

    A manufacturer's diagnostic fee varies and may or may not apply to the actual repair cost depending on the manufacturer. If this fee is required then, it will be collected prior to submitting the machine to the manufacturer for assessment.
